Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide. Most in-stock parts leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Remote coding sessions are delivered digitally and do not require physical shipping.

Dispatch Time

  • In-stock parts: Dispatched within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.
  • Made-to-order or coded parts: 1–2 business days (as indicated on the specific product page).
  • Digital Services: Remote coding sessions are scheduled and delivered online.

Delivery Estimates

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • North America: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 5–10 business days

Estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential carrier or customs delays. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your shipping label is created.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees charged by your country upon delivery.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We declare all parcels accurately and legally; we cannot mark shipments as “gifts” or declare a lower value.

Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery or fail to pay required import duties, the parcel may be destroyed by customs or returned to us. If returned, any return shipping costs, original shipping costs, and unpaid duties will be deducted from your final refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Prolazo is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Risk of Loss & Damaged Parcels

The risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However, if your tracking stalls entirely or a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at info@prolazo.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
